We usually offer payment before shipping from our warehouse. But our payment terms may differ depending on the order size and customer credit rating. We typically require a down payment and offer flexible payment options for larger orders.

The lead time for bulk ingredient orders depends on the specific product, the quantity ordered, and your location. Usually, it takes 1 to 5 days. Our sales team can provide you with an estimated time based on your order specifications.

We utilize warehouses of our partner KMS-Services located in Krakow, Poland.

Our food ingredients come with different certificates according to the current legislation of Poland and the EU depending on the product. Our return policy according to the current legislation of Poland and the EU and varies depending on the product and the reason for return. But as a rule, our products do not need to be returned.
