Returns and Complaints
1. Returns
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, buyers have the right to:
- Exchange goods of satisfactory or unsatisfactory quality.
- Return goods of satisfactory or unsatisfactory quality within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason (Right of Withdrawal).
What goods are eligible for return or exchange:
- Goods must be in their original packaging, with intact tags and labels, and unused.
- Goods must be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
- Goods that are returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
Exceptions to returns:
- Goods that are perishable, custom-made, or personal hygiene products may not be eligible for return under EU law.
Procedure for returning and exchanging goods of satisfactory quality:
- Ensure the products are unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
- Inform us of your intention to return or exchange goods by contacting us within 14 days of receipt.
- Provide the parcel tracking number and your bank account or card details for a refund.
- Once the goods are received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
- Please note, return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
Procedure for returning goods of unsatisfactory quality:
- If the goods are defective or not as described, please notify us immediately.
- Provide the parcel tracking number and your bank account or card details for a refund.
- Upon receiving the defective goods, we will refund the purchase amount or provide an exchange within 14 days.
- For defective products, the return shipping costs are covered by us.
2. Complaints
If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please inspect the package in the presence of the courier and ask them to note the damage. This will help speed up the claims process. We recommend checking all deliveries immediately upon receipt.
- In case of any issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Returns and exchanges for damaged or incorrect items can be made via our warehouse at: 32-085, ul. Komandosów 1, Modlniczce, Poland.
Refunds will be processed once the goods are returned and inspected.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer.
Refunds will be completed within 14 days from the date we receive the returned product.
