Multi-layer polyethylene bag in a cardboard box or paper bag, net weight – 20kg

PURPOSE: Mainly used in the mayonnaise industry due to its heat stability and excellent
emulsifying properties.
ADVANTAGES: Esures emulsion stability under high temperatures and during long-term
storage. Also has a significantly longer shelf life compared to liquid products.
CHARACTERISTICS: Made from 100% natural pasteurized and fermented chicken egg yolk.
100g of powder, when diluted in 125g of water, corresponds to approximately 225g of liquid
yolk.
COMPOSITION: Edible chicken egg yolk , fermentation agent.
Whole egg powder is produced from hen egg by a process of spray drying and pasteurization (pasteurization temperature for melange – at least 65⁰С; product flow rate for melange – no more than 5025 l/h, the cooling temperature is not higher than 4⁰С). It should be free flowing powder, without any lumps (except from those that easily destroyed) and contaminates. It should be free from additives, preservatives or any antibiotics, pesticides, other hormones and metabolite residues.
